Flowerly Maua

My photo
I smile recklessly and I love excessively. I live today knowing I have no other day until tomorrow. Now is my moment. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is a mystery, but today, today is my gift (present).

A priceless lesson in Maasai life

This made me feel so sick, and partially ashamed of my Kenyan people. I've heard of kitu kidogo, lakini this is too big a cut. Shame on all those who exploit others. Exploiting one person maybe excused, (Isaid maybe) lakini a whole village, seriously, I've no words.

'A lesson for the Maasai' lakini why from foreigners? Where is the Tourism Management Team in Kenya?

This made me think, yaani we can not manage our own resources without the intervention of foreigners? Even with a cabinet of over 40 goons.

Shameful indeed!

Shameful, cruel, greedy, wicked and unpatriotic. Not to mention unbrotherly.

I just hate the way wazungu have to ride to our aid for really basic things sometimes.

We all know that the 40 members of the cabinet are thieves. They cannot help the situation unless they benefit from it.

its just africans as usual laying back and letting the wazungus manupulate 'em.

Maua believe me if the 40 plus goons had a way of eating even that little money from the Maasai villagers they will eat it.

I'm thinking even here at the coast this evil must be taking place in far off villages those sides of Malindi and Watamu. If so, I hope they take a leaf from the Mara case without waiting for some foreigners to go and stand up for the villages there too.

Thanks for the link.

Hi...good luck with the braiding :) Touche on the chilled ice cold hair spray. Hey, whatever works right? I need to oil mine because I'm going through scratching galore lol pains of beauty but at least it cannot compare to combing it every morning so let me count my blessings alright :)

That's Africans for you. The 40 goons will fight until their time's up and they've filled their pockets. You know they don't care about anyone else
